By purchasing a session with Aura Photo Pros, you are agreeing to the below terms and agreement of your aura photography session.

Aura Photo Pros is an entertainment brand focusing on awakening you to knowing about your energy. It’s a unique moment between you, the subject being photographed (“you”) , and Aura Photo Pros (“Aura Photo Pros”).

By completing checkout, you are herby granting Aura Photo Pros permission usage of the photograph(s) capture by Aura Photo Pros in any capacity.

AURA PHOTO PROS RIGHTS

Aura Photo Pros retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the intellectual property, including copyrights, associated with its business. This includes aura photographs of you created by Aura Photo Pros (“Portraits”).

PHOTO RELEASE

You are granting Aura Photo Pros a royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable right and license to use your portraits that we make together in all forms and manners of media, including but not limited to, advertising, marketing, publication, newsletter, social media, or any other lawful purposes (“Use”). You waive any right to notice of such use, and to inspect of approve any use. You release and discharge Aura Photo Pros from any claim or cause of action, now known or later discovered, including invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and defamation, arising out of use of the photographs. In plain terms, you won’t sue us.

YOUR RIGHTS

Personal Use – Aura Photo Pros grants you a license to use the portraits however you see fit, provided it is for personal, noncommercial use (“Personal Use License”). The portraits may be used on your personal social media accounts & we would appreciate it if you tag us.

Commercial Licensing – The Personal Use License does not extend to commercial use. Under the terms of this agreement, you’re confirming that the portraits won’t be used for commercial means, such as business websites, advertisements, or business media of any kind. If you would like to use the portraits for commercial reasons, Aura Photo Pros will gladly discuss licensing terms. You can contact us at info@auraphotopros.com

REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final. We cannot accommodate refunds, cancellations, or no-shows. If you are running late for your appointment, depending on your arrival time we may still be able to do your session but we can’t run into the next sessions booked time. We will do our best to work you back into the schedule for that day, but we cannot guarantee a space will become available.
