These Policies are ONLY for Online Shop purchases – Aura/Chakra Appointments are exempt from these.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

If you wish to make a return you MUST contact us via email within 7 days of date of delivery and the return must be made within 14 days of date of delivery. Out of policy returns will NOT be accepted. Returns are a buyer cost. Any item can be returned with the exception of products that are as detailed in the item descriptions, are ‘Non Returnable’ or are listed below.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Sale Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@auraphotopros.com

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly do you ship out orders?

Most orders ship next business day after payment is received. All items ship within 2 business days maximum. Most orders will ship USPS First Class Mail. Larger, heavier orders will get a courtesy upgrade to either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.

Are Your Materials Ethically Sourced?

Ethical sourcing is so important to us. Our crystals come to us from all over the world. In so much as is practical and possible we try to ensure all materials are ethically sourced. We source almost exclusively from suppliers with whom we have built long term relationships and mutual trust over many years. We are confident these suppliers take seriously the need to ensure decent working conditions, proper business ethics and fair wages for all.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

We try to offer our best prices on every item every day. If you are a retail store with a resale number and are looking for large volumes please feel free to contact us.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time we do not accept custom orders.

What happens if my item does not arrive?

If tracking does not show the item has been successfully delivered to the address given on the order you we will refund or replace – your choice. However, if tracking shows delivery has been made a refund or replacement will not be available.

There was a discrepancy with my order – what should I do?

Any issue with your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery so it can be promptly investigated. If an issue is not reported within 7 days we cannot assist further.

Warnings!

Some products may contain small parts not suitable for children under three years of age.

Are Your Healing Crystals All Natural / Genuine?

The vast majority of our crystals are natural. We do stock a small number of man-made / altered stones – generally where no such stone exists in nature. Most Citrine we sell is heat treated unless otherwise stated in the item description.
